In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Performs all standard supporting tasks for the Management Team, like: agenda management, mail screen incoming and outgoing mail, process and prioritize

  • Organizing (and hosting) meetings, events, (video) conferences, Web casts and social events

  • Creating draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes/ powerpoints

  • Develop travel plans travel arrangements (incl visa) and related expenses

  • Oversight and back-up of the front office

  • Serving as a contact to employees or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization

  • Conducting various (analytical) special projects, especially involving budgets and preparations for Senior management meetings You are a part of An energetic and supporting group of people, all aiming for the same goals and very supportive of each other. The management team exists currently of five people and you will report to the CEO of Philips Forcare. This position is based in Zeist, the Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Secretary education or equivalent is a big plus

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Management Assistant in a challenging international environment

  • You are a native Dutch speaker and you have a very high level in English, both verbal as written

  • You have excellent computer skills

  • You have dealt with sensitive, complex and highly confidential information
