In this role, you have the opportunity to:
As our PMO Support, you are our organizational and administrative talent and know how to successfully drive and improve our internal processes and project documentation to improve project delivery and management dash boarding. Your key responsibility is supporting our international Order 2 Cash department, by aligning and implementing standardization and lean processes, so value chain can run smoothly. Next to that you will ensure that all globally won projects are captured and processed according to Forcare standards, and that these data will drive timely and accurate project delivery and invoicing. You will act as the central point of contact for the (international) project managers and the O2C management team.
You will work in close cooperation with the international project delivery teams consisting of project managers, business consultants and field engineers ensuring overall support and guidance during the entire project lifecycle. Next to that, you will work in close contact with our sales operations manager and finance team improving on timely and accurate project delivery and invoicing processes. Together with the team, you will focus on bringing the (administrative) organization to the next level!
You are responsible for:
Aggregate project cost plans, actuals and forecasts and provide this information to Portfolio Management as input for the Annual Operating Plan and financial forecasting;
Gather project status data and produce reports for management review (metrics, dashboard, KPIs);
Develop and deploy tools (based on identified needs), e.g. estimation models, scheduling methods (e.g. lean scheduling), process performance models;
Define and monitor overall project performance objectives (KPI's) derived from business objectives (KPI's);
Continuously improve project lifecycle processes and competencies towards business objectives (based on lessons learned, best practices, etc.);
Build project management communities (site, business, BG, location, region) to connect project managers, share best practices, perform peer audits and facilitate intervision;
Gathering of project data and production of information for management review (metrics, dashboard);
Maintain archive with project documentation (finished projects);
Supporting the international Order 2 Cash department by developing, aligning and implementing standardized and lean processes in the PMO organization;
Manage and maintain all O2C data, tools and dashboards in order for operations to correctly and accurately track the project lifecycle, budgets and escalations;
Manage, document and distribute information appropriately to facilitate and improve project flow and delivery;
Act as controller to the management team on dash boarding, project escalations and process improvements;
Act as facilitator to the (international) project teams on project control, project delivery and data issues;
Ensure timely and accurate time writing and invoicing of all team members in SAP.

The international Order 2 Cash department of Forcare / Philips and will report directly to the Head of O2C of Forcare. You will be based in Zeist, Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following background and experience:
A minimal bachelor’s degree in (preferably in Business Administration or Finance) and 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
Professional knowledge and experience with SAP, Sharepoint and MS project and MS office (Sales Force is considered a plus);
Solid and demonstrable documentation and reporting experience;
Experience within a software and service driven organization / environment;
A Master’s degree and project management experience is considered a plus.

Capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native speaking) and English (mandatory);
German is considered a plus
