In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide technical advice and integration support to customers and perform the installation and configuration of these complex projects. You will also provide support and consultancy after go-live.
The role will be a mix of consultancy, training, support, installation & configuration, integration with other systems, troubleshooting. The activities are mainly focused around our software and the OS and Virtual Machine environments the systems runs on.
You are responsible for
Providing expertise and support for (pilot) installations, configurations and integrations, both remote and on-site. This includes custom scripting and forms design for customers;
Training of customers (end-users and system admins)
Solving problems and providing in-depth support via remote support and dial-in;
Supporting our support department by answering questions of customers regarding installation, configuration and product functionality;
Providing project management support to the primary project manager of the customer for the IS activities in such a project
This role is customer facing while doing on-site implementations;
Providing consultancy for extending the use-cases and other new possibilities of the system within the customers setting
You are a part of
Founded in 2006 Forcare (Philips Interoperability Solutions) is a Dutch software company located in Zeist providing software products and services for healthcare and is now part of the Philips Organization. Our focus is “interoperability” between healthcare IT systems. We provide products and services to interconnect existing healthcare information systems to share and exchange patient data. You are part of a supportive and proactive team and will be working out of our Zeist office.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience with supporting software products within the healthcare market;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Operating systems (Windows Server / Linux);
Networks and network protocols;
Database management techniques;
Knowledge of HTML/XML
Strong analytical skills and a real problem solver;
Customer facing attitude and good verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch.
