In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage for monthly S&OP supply review meeting with BG to define mid-term and long-term resource plan.
Plan and control short term master production in weekly basis, balance customer demand and inventory level.
Global reporting for responsible FG scope and monitor E2E inventory levels.
Arrange allocation proposal in case market demand exceed capacity/raw material/available production slot.
You are a part of
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: College degree or above
3-5 years’ experience in supply chain with multinational organization, with affinity to logistics supply planning, production planning and material planning.
Knowledge on SAP APO/R3 and strong concept of MRPII.
Broad and extensive knowledge and experience on new project management
Broad and extensive knowledge and experience on improvement management
Competency and Skills:
Strong command of windows and office software
Excellent language skill in English speaking, reading, writing
Customer orientated and focused
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
“Can-do” attitude, self-motivated, extrovert personality
Chinese Language skill is necessary.
